Furniture

Our approach to furniture may differ from other office furniture dealers. You see customers are the reason we are in business, and the reason we sell furniture. You are our focus from design to delivery. Here at Forbes we also focus on being responsible for the resources that have been given to us. That is why we team with National Manufactures who practice responsible manufacturing and packaging.

Customers that team with Forbes for their workspace needs learn quickly that they really are in charge.  We spend time with each customer to learn about them and their business. Asking questions, when necessary, to learn more about a particular business process or method. Our in-depth involvement with customers allows for our design team to provide the best solution for each customer. A “cookie cutter” office design does not exist.

As business practices have moved from “I” to “We” workspaces, so have our offerings. Through our vast national resources and partnerships we are able to offer the correct solution for each customer. Partnering with Steelcase provides innovative solutions to current business issues.

Steelcase was founded in 1912 by a few people with a strong commitment to integrity and doing the right thing for their customers, employees, business partners, associates and neighbors.

System furniture not what you are in the market for? No problem, we have partnered with many other National Furniture companies, such as Hon. Hon is an Iowa based company with their corporate offices housed in Muscatine, Iowa.

In 1947, The HON Company began making recipe card boxes from pieces of scrap metal generated from its contract business. More than 50 years later, HON practices one of the industry’s strongest and most comprehensive programs to conserve raw materials and reduce waste.
Today, environmental management is firmly embedded in all of The HON Company’s manufacturing processes. HON defines waste as anything that does not bring value to the customer, and life cycle considerations are a significant part of all product development efforts.
